Troubleshooting and providing technical support for users. Managing system administration, including network security, network administration, and Office 365 administration. Utilizing programming languages such as Powershell, and Python for automation and scripting tasks. Implementing data backup solutions with Cloud Berry and utilising network monitoring tools such as Zabbix. Managing network-attached storage (NAS) and network infrastructure. Working with SQL databases and Active Directory & Group policy. Maintaining server and desktop hardware, including Windows Server and Linux network administration.

Working within an MSP environment I would provide troubleshooting and technical support for many clients and customers. Mainly on the service desk I would support users answer calls, manage time and keep tickets up to date and meet SLA requirements. Such duties included supporting Office 365 application, managing Active Directory. Handling server and desktop hardware issues.
